The 2024 Marketing, Events & Education planning tool below outlines all of Strata’s opportunities that your organization can participate in for the year.
Vendor Bundles Packages* Available
Save 10% When You Sign Up for Four or More Events & Services!
*Vendors have the option to purchase offerings at discounted rates in the form of four or more offerings bundled together (“Vendor Bundles”). If a Vendor signs up for a Vendor Bundles Package, then the Vendor will receive discounted pricing. Vendor is obligated to pay for the Vendor Bundles Package, without recourse, in four (4) equal installments due on January 1st, March 31st, June 30th and September 30th of the calendar year which the Vendor Bundles Package relates to (regardless of the actual timing or delivery date of any offering in the Vendor Bundles Package). The Buying Groups will send an invoice to the Vendor 30 days prior to each installment due date. Vendor’s payment can be issued in the form of ACH, check, or statement deduction as determined most appropriate by the Buying Groups.

*You will receive specific emails for each applicable program with additional information, order forms and deadlines as they approach.
Step 1:
Before beginning, please reference your buying group contract for any pre-determined participation agreements.
Review the various programs below and select everything you plan to participate in for 2024. Your selections guarantee that you will receive additional information, including order forms, as programs become available throughout the year. Helpful tip: a response to each section below is required.
Step 2:
If you require budgetary approval, download and/or print your planned participation summary (below the form) to submit to your accounting department first.
Step 3:
If you need additional time to submit your planned participation, click ‘Save for Later’ (bottom of form) and copy the link provided to a safe place. This link will allow you to come back to a saved version of this page to make adjustments in the future.
Step 4:
Click ‘Submit’ at the bottom of this form and your planned participation will be forwarded to the Strata GPO office. You will also receive an email summary of your selections.
As programs become available throughout the year, you will receive more information, such as order forms, for the selections you showed interest for on the form below.
